Every piece of jewellery that leaves the Wildflower Folk Co studio has been inspected for quality before packing. We ask that all our customers look over their new jewellery carefully when they receive it, and contact us immediately if you have concerns about a faulty or damaged product.
We offer a four week warranty.
Should you have a problem that meets our warranty terms, we will repair or replace your product. We may also refund by our own discretion. Please contact us with pictures and a full description within the four week period if necessary.
Warranty does not cover incorrect sizing (excluding custom orders), change of mind, neglect, broken stones, wear and tear, bent items, accidental damage, tarnish, contact with chemical substances such as creams, perfumes, oils and cleaning products which may cause discolouration to the silver and the stones. Scratches and tarnishing are not a defect as they occur with everyday wear.
Please remember these are delicate, handmade products. With proper care they will last a lifetime so take the time to read the Jewellery Care card provided with your parcel. This information can also be found in the INFO tab at the top of the page.
Wildflower Folk Co is not liable for the loss of item(s) being returned to us. We strongly recommend keeping your shipping receipt as proof of shipment.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
