DELIVERY METHODS

We primarily use Australia Post as a Delivery Partner to deliver your parcel safely and quickly.

For STANDARD deliveries we prefer Australia Post eParcel service.

For EXPRESS deliveries we prefer Australia Post Express eParcel service.

All orders are shipped from Rural Northern NSW. 

SHIPPING INSURANCE 

All our parcels are shipped with tracking, this is not insurance! Once your parcel has been scanned by Australia Post, Wildflower Folk Co is not liable for any delay, damage or loss. Should your parcel be lost, damaged or stolen while in the care of Australia Post, Wildflower Folk Co take no responsibility and will not be held accountable. 

We strongly encourage you to purchase insurance for your parcel while at the checkout. This extra cover gives you peace of mind should a problem arise with your parcel, you can make a claim with Australia Post.

Australia Post parcels are automatically insured for $100. Please consider if your order is over $100, extra cover may be needed. Buying the extra cover is strongly advised for all orders over $100.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

We endeavour to process your order as soon as possible, however we reserve the right to take up to 3 business days to process your order. This includes orders places with Express shipping.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

If your order is likely to be delayed for any reason (e.g. a product is out of stock) we will endeavour to contact you to discuss your order before processing.

DISPATCH

Your tracking information will be emailed to you on the same day as dispatch. Please check your spam folder if you have not received it.

You must provide the correct shipping details at the time of making your order. If you enter an incorrect address we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense. Please contact us immediately if you notice that your details are wrong. If your order has already been dispatched we will not be liable.
