We want you to be happy with your purchase as customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.
Please choose carefully.
We do not offer returns for change of mind. If your item arrives and is the wrong size, please contact us within 48 hours to request a return.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition. If item(s) are received in unsellable condition, your return will not be processed. If you receive a product that is faulty or not as described, we will, at our discretion, offer a full refund, repair or replace. Please ready our Warranty Terms.
You are responsible for all return freight charges and will only be refunded once we have received the products.
There is no refund or exchange on sale or discounted items unless considered faulty.
Wildflower Folk Co is not liable for the loss of item(s) being returned to us. We strongly recommend keeping your shipping receipt as proof of shipment.
Cancellations
Once your order has been processed it cannot be cancelled. Please check your address is correct when checking out.
Handmade Items
Please be mindful that our products are handmade out of natural materials. As a result, minor imperfections due to the nature of the materials used may be evident. All our jewellery is forged by hand in the NSW Highlands from raw materials. The artisanal process can leave occasional small tool marks: this shows that your jewellery came from the skilled hands of an artisan, not from a factory. Please see read our Warranty Terms if you feel you have received a faulty or damaged item.
